custom work

Because most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, I can easily create a jewelry item that fits your needs. For example, I can change the clasp from a lobster claw to a magnetic clasp, change the length of a chain, or use different gemstones or metals than are shown in the photos. I can also design something unique for you, for example for a special occasion like a party, prom, or wedding, or just to match that outfit for which you always wanted a nice accent piece. Contact me to work out the details. Custom work may require a non-refundable 50% deposit, depending on the item and the materials used.

shopping on-line

All on-line purchase transactions go through Paypal. When you click one of the "add to cart" buttons to buy a product, you will be redirected to my shopping cart on the Paypal web site. I use this shopping cart because it is secure; I do not view or handle your credit card information (it all goes through Paypal).

shipping

Each item is packaged in a gift box or bag and is wrapped with packing materials for shipping. I generally ship items via USPS within 2 days of receiving your order. I send packages via insured Priority Mail (read more about it on the USPS web site Priority Mail, Insured Mail).

returns

My goal is for you to be happy with the jewelry you buy from me; however, all jewelry is returnable. I will accept returns and exchanges for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. All jewelry must be returned in the gift box it was shipped in to receive credit. The jewelry must be returned in resalable condition. Please contact me before returning an item so that I know to expect it.
